歡樂籌備會

　　好的，第一次籌備會就在暑假前一天速速展開，悶熱的社部啊，真是沒教室可借的好去處哈哈哈哈哈～

　　這次會議呢，主要是討論我們一整個月的志工服務準備項目，包括行前準備、到了當地該注意的事項等。這真的都是相當繁瑣的過程，光一個辦護照、訂機票就要考慮到時間跟金錢的問題，我們自己不但要注意好時間，同時跟越南方面的聯繫也要非常的密切，如果有遺漏，我們自己也很怕會出現我們在越南也無法自己解決的事情。

　　雖然很多事情都已經在第一次籌備會分配好各自的工作，但是還是有很多事情依然還沒定案，除了彼此之間的溝通交流之外，也要彼此分擔夥伴們的重擔，就算真的不能幫上忙，也要做好自己分內的工作，不要讓彼此擔心了！加油，我們很棒的！

　　Okay, our preparatory meeting was held in the day before summer vacation, though this place is pretty hot, it's still a good for us to hold a meeting.

　　This meeting is held for our all preparation of services, including trip's tips and what we should notice in Vietnam. That's a complicated process, for example, applying for a passport and booking a flight are our problems, we have to consider everyone's time and money.We not only pay attention to our own time but keep in touch with principal in Vietnam closely, if we miss something, we can't image the consequences.

　　Although a lot of matters have assigned respective work at the first preparatory meeting there are still some things haven't determine. Except for communication, we have to share responsibility for these things. Though we can't give anyone a hand, we ought to take our responsibilities and make our partners worry. Hey, dears, we are great!
